A traditional Greek appetizer!




  • In a non-stick pan sauté the onions with the olive oil under medium heat

  • When onions are turning color add the tomatoes, salt, oregano and black pepper

  • When most of the juice has evaporated add the vinegar
  • When the liguid is reduced add the eggs and let it cook while stiring
  • Add the cheese and take it off the heat, let the cheese melt while stiring
