Spicy Roasted Olives
Ingredients

3 cups mixed Olea Estates green cracked and Kalamon olives

4 sprigs fresh or dried rosemary

1 fresh red chille, sliced

4 whole cloves garlic, peeled

2 tangerines, sliced

1/2 cup Olea Estates EVOO

1 tsp red vinegar
Instructions

Preheat oven at 300oF
-
In a small roasting pan, mix the olives, rosemary, chile and garlic. Squeeze the juice of tangerines over the olives and toss them in.
- Pour over the olive oil and vinegar
- Bake for about 1 hour
