Mushrooms à la crème

  • Wash 2 lbs of white mushrooms and slice them, add Olea sea salt and pepper and let them dry.

  • In a pot add 1/3 cup Olea organic EVOO

  • Add 4 Tbsp of all purpose flour

  • Mix very well till the olive oil is well incoroprated in the flour

  • Add 3 cups of whole milk and mix well

  • Put the pot on the stove at low heat and continue mixing till thick consistency

  • Add the mushrooms, till everything becomes thick and creamy

  • When ready add some parsley for garnish
