Quick & Easy EVOO Recipes
Meat and Fish Marinade
In a small jar mix:
- 50/50 lemon juice & Olea EVOO
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard (for fish leave out the mustard)
- Shake!
- Pour over meat and refrigerate to marinate 2 hours
- Add Olea oregano, Olea Greek BBQ Mix, sea salt, and pepper
- Grill or bake
Tomato Caprese
- Cut tomatoes into slices
- Top with sea salt, mozzarella cheese, basil leaves
- Drizzle Olea EVOO & balsamic vinegar or balsamic vinegar with honey
Sweet Mini Peppers
- Wash & cut peppers in half
- Put your favorite cheese inside (Hatch, Goat, Pepper Jack, etc.)
- Drizzle with Olea EVOO
- Add Olea oregano
- Bake in the oven at 350oF for 7 minutes or grill!
Healthy Kettle Corn
- Pop some organic corn kernels
- Drizzle with Olea EVOO
- Add a bit of agave nectar
- Olea sea salt
