Meat and Fish Marinade

In a small jar mix:

  • 50/50 lemon juice & Olea EVOO
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard (for fish leave out the mustard)
  • Shake!
  • Pour over meat and refrigerate to marinate 2 hours
  • Add Olea oregano, Olea Greek BBQ Mix, sea salt, and pepper
  • Grill or bake

 

Tomato Caprese

 

Sweet Mini Peppers

  • Wash & cut peppers in half
  • Put your favorite cheese inside (Hatch, Goat, Pepper Jack, etc.)
  • Drizzle with Olea EVOO
  • Add Olea oregano
  • Bake in the oven at 350oF for 7 minutes or grill!
