Olive Salsa
Ingredients
- 3 ounces Olea Green Cracked olives, pitted
- 3 ounces Olea Kalamon olives, pitted
- 3 tablespoons Olea Goid EVOO
- 3 tomatoes on the vine, cut in half
- 1 white onion, cut in large pieces
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 chopped serrano peppers, cleaned and seeded
- 1 1/2 tablespoon red vinegar
- 5 drops of smoked tabasco
- cilantro to taste and a splash of lime
Instructions
Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor several times and enjoy!!
