Greek Olive Dip
Ingredients
- 12 oz pitted Olea green cracked olives
- 1 bulb fennel, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp Olea Gold organic EVOO
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or pepper flakes)
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp orange peel, finely chopped
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in the food processor, pulse till a thick paste is formed.
