Return and Exchange Policy

Item(s) purchased from Olea Estates can be returned if they are in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Only unopened item(s) in new and unused condition and in the original, manufacturer package will be accepted for exchange or refund. Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You should receive the credit within 7 business days after the receipt of the returned product.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned new and unused item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please send the item(s) you want to return by a shipping method that is insured and traceable to the address below. Please pack returns, when possible, in their original outer carton or other sturdy outer carton to ensure returned product arrives in good condition: Olea Estates, 2566 Metro blvd, St. Louis, MO  63043

Damaged goods
In the unlikely event that your item has defects or damage when you first receive it, you need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with “Damaged goods” on the subject field and photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging (box). All defective and damaged items not claimed within 48 hours after received, will not be exchanged. Please repack damaged item in original packaging. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will send you a replacement or refund.

Missing packages

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with “Missing package” on the subject field with your order number, and tracking information and we will contact the shipping carrier and file a missing parcel claim that business day. The shipping carrier will then contact the last location your tracking information has listed, and have them relocate the package, or confirm the delivery of the package. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure the shipping address you use for your order is to a safe and secure location. Packages that are stolen after delivery are not eligible for a refund and the customer will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Olea Estates is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once they have been shipped. We can not replace, or issue a refund for packages lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once the package has left our facility.
